Who's Isobel? - I am invariably asked.

Isobel Hardwick (1919-1999) was my mother. We come from a long line of hardy Scotswomen who created homecrafts as a matter of survival. Fortunately, we're able to do it now simply for the joy of creating. She taught me how to sew, knit and crochet and turned me into a quilter in her last years.





My name is Kathy. I've got a great husband, Mike, and a handsome cat, Arrie.
Being one of those people who can never sit still, I have been making homecrafts as gifts since my teens. I finally decided to listen to all the people who have told me:

'These are beautiful! You really should sell them!'

So here I am.
